The best/quickest way to reach me is via email, as I have access to it most of the day, and since I work from home, my 3 little boys sometimes make it difficult for me to take phone calls. You may also contact me via phone Monday-Friday @ 301-791-6104 between 9AM-5PM EST.
Please note, I typically respond to all emails within 24 hours, and usually much faster than that.
